About Us

A LOVE for Tea was born in some of the most elegant moments of my life (around the age of 5) featuring my mother's lovely bone china cups and gold trimmed pot. 

A NEED for Tea was slightly more practical and came from our Cool Canadian Climate where a Massive Mug filled with hot water and floating bags of peppermint were held with both hands to Soothe the Soul and Warm the Winter Chill. 

What started out as an opportunity to sit and learn about life from my elders truly became my doorway to understanding what life is. “The whole ideal of Teaism is a result of this zen conception of greatness in the smallest incidents of life”.
